At “Think! Brain Games for Kids”, we respect your privacy and give you control over your data. If you'd like to delete your account and associated data, please follow the steps below.

 

Steps for Data Deletion

Option 1: In-App Account Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data directly in the Think! app, follow these steps:

1. Open the Think! app.

2. Tap on your avatar in the top-right corner of the screen.

3. Go to Settings by selecting the ⚙️ Settings button.

4. Scroll down and tap on "Delete Account".

5. Enter your email and password to confirm your identity.

6.Tap "OK" to finalize your request.

 

🔴 Important: Once you confirm, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our database. This action cannot be undone.

Option 2: Request via Email
If you can't access the app, email us at discover@theclinicofhope.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

 

Data Deleted

The following data will be permanently deleted:

• Personal Information

• Gameplay Data

• Any other data stored in our Firebase Realtime Database

Some data may be retained for legal or security purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

 

Retention Period

Data may remain in backups for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.
